Overview
PAC Group was hired as the General Contractor to manage and oversee the renovation of the existing Senior/Community Center and the construction of 15,000 sf of new space. The primary scope of this project is to renovate and expand the current 5,000 sf facility in order to provide additional program spaces for the Town’s services and programs. This facility will greatly enhance the city’s ability to offer quality programs and social interactions for the entire community. The center offers a variety of innovative and progressive programs and activities to fit the needs of their ever growing and changing population.
