Overview
PAC Group was hired as the General Contractor for the 11,000 sq. ft. renovation of the Café and kitchen at the iconic Boat Building in downtown Hartford. This building serves as the headquarters for Nassau Re Insurance Company. This project included renovating the café with a new wall layout, ceiling replacement, new booth seating and carpeting. The kitchen was also part of the project with new wall and floor tiles, ceilings and food service equipment. This project was time sensitive as the space is used to feed the employees that occupy the 13 story building. PAC was able to coordinate with building management to keep common hallways accessible to other parts of the floor that were open while completing the scope of work within the 10 week time period.
