Overview
PAC Group was hired as the CM for Puerta Vallarta’s new restaurant. This 7,380 sq.ft. space features a vibrant and elegant dining atmosphere with intricate details and finishes that pay tribute to the traditional Mexican culture. There are ornate details throughout from the custom floor-to-ceiling tequila wall that stretches across the entire bar area featuring full glass panels for viewing throughout the bar and dining sides. The bar also features a full mosaic tile and quartz top wrap around configuration with a custom metal bar canopy, integrated TVs, and custom glass awning door opening to the spacious outdoor dining area. The bar area and the private dining room feature large water vapor fireplaces with color changing accent lighting. The main dining room showcases an extraordinary gas fireplace with a natural stone face surrounding it from floor to ceiling. The private dining room is secluded from the main dining area with a full plaster arched wall with integrated candle lighting. Inside the private dining room there is also a full barrel arched ceiling with custom wall coverings and accent lighting. Throughout the entire restaurant, there are lively finishes and wall coverings as well as custom hand painted art murals, wood slot ceilings, greenery draped form the ceilings, and an array of hanging pendant lighting that accentuates the space. The Puerto Vallarta logo is featured at the entry way printed on a hanging metal chain link divider behind the hostess station. The back of house and kitchen was fully upgraded with new state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and a new point of sales systems. The exterior has been restored with new EIFS finishes in natural tones as well as new black store front entrance doors.
