Brooklawn Country Club Renovations
PAC Group has been hired as the General Contractor for the Brooklawn Country Club Renovations Project . This major renovation project includes the following: Demolition of the existing stone porch and replacing it with a new one, construction of new covered porch spaces, renovating the porte-cochere to create a new entry sequence with new steps and a new accessible ramp and walkway, 100sf of new interior space will be added to entrance lobby, new dry sprinklers, lighting and ceiling mounted radiant heating will be installed throughout the covered porch area, new windows and doors, Lobby renovations with new finishes, renovated restrooms, new finishes in dining rooms, Grill Room, Bar and associated service area will be completely renovated, modifications to mechanical and fire suppression systems, modifications to existing Trophy Room into a coat room, storage space and new hallway leading to Ladies’ Locker Room, exterior façade renovations, and minor modifications with MEP in basement and upper levels. Work will begin in the Fall 2021 and is expected to be complete in May 2022.
