Overview
PAC Group was hired by the Chrysalis Center to be the Construction Manager overseeing the renovation project of an existing 3 story building which serves as supportive housing for Veterans. Chrysalis Center Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides social services and develops affordable housing in CT. The project includes converting a 13-bedroom transitional living home into 9 units of supportive housing. The project scope: all new exterior siding, windows, doors and roof as well as all new finishes and a new elevator. A new supportive retaining wall and site work will also be included.
