Community Health Center Celebrates it’s Topping Off

The Community Health and Wellness Center in Middletown hosted a topping off ceremony earlier in November. Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC) topped off the construction of the Knowledge & Technology Center. Local dignitaries, CHC staff, Middletown residents, and students from MacDonough Elementary School’s third grade class all signed a steel beam that signified the completion of the new building’s structure.
The event celebrates the” topping off” of its planned three-story, 30,000 square foot building that will house information technology, telehealth and other support and research functions for CHC’s statewide primary care network. PAC Group was hired as the construction manager for this multi-million dollar project which is expected to be completed in late summer of 2018.
