Town and state officials, celebrated the launch of the Founders Square project in Windsor. PAC Group along with partner Greg Vaca, of Grava Properties broke ground with Gov. Ned Lamont in downtown Windsor. The project will bring 106 apartments and 12,000 sq. ft. of new retail space to the center of Windsor. The project will be broken down into 2 phases and it will involve renovations to the existing North and South buildings as well as demolition of an existing building along Prospect St. wit a new three-story apartment complex built in its place.
