Rocky Corner Cohousing – Project of the Month

The New England Real Estate Journal has named the Rocky Corner Co-housing Development the Project of the Month (May 2019)
PAC Group was awarded the job as General Contractor for the first co-housing community in Connecticut. Rocky Corner is being built on a 33 acre former dairy farm.
The land use is based on permaculture principles-earth care, people care, fair share.
