Overview
PAC was hired by Aspen Insurance Company to provide CM services for a 14,000 sf fast track fitout in Rocky Hill Connecticut. Renovation highlights include custom wood ceilings, high-end/specialty millwork package, custom glass office fronts and moss walls. Other improvements include new meeting rooms, pantry, IT room and lobby. This is PAC Group’s 4th project at 400 Capital Boulevard, RH.
