Overview
PAC Group was hired as the General Contractor for the Brooklawn Country Club’s renovations project. This major renovation included the demolition of the existing stone porch and replacing it with a new covered porch with radiant heating, renovating the porte-cochere to create a new entry sequence with new steps and a new accessible ramp and walkway, and adding 100sf of new interior space to the entrance lobby. Dining rooms, Grill Room, Bar, restrooms and lobby and the associated service area have been completely renovated. Modifications to mechanical and fire suppression systems were also made. Exterior façade renovations, including all new siding and minor modifications with MEP in the basement and upper levels were also a part of this extensive project.
