Overview
PAC Group was hired as the General Contractor for the CapSpecialty renovations project on the 16th floor at City Place 1 in Hartford. The 22,000 sq. ft. office renovations project included new ceilings, carpet, wall layout, office fronts, café, reception area and conference room. PAC Group successfully managed the fast-paced, 8 week schedule.
