Overview
Connecticut Institute for Communities has expanded its health center. PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager for the 8,000+sf addition to CIFC’s main health center and Headquarters facility. This 4-story addition includes 17 exam rooms, 4 dental operatory rooms, radiography room, simulation room and vaccine room for housing clinical spaces and administrative offices. The addition also required 33 helical piles to be installed without disturbing the ongoing operation of the existing facility which has remained 100% operational. This is PAC Group’s second major project with CIFC.
