Overview
PAC Group was hired as the General Contractor for several Dunkin renovations projects incorporating the new concept; NextGen Dunkin. These projects typically run on a 2 1/2 week fast track schedule. Drive-thru operations remain functional with limited shutdown necessary only to change over systems. Updates include an 8 head coffee tap system, glass bakery case food display, and an On-the-Move Mobile order pickup station. Other renovations include an interior re-fresh, remodeled restrooms and interior/exterior signage catering to the new Dunkin branding. The new prototype located on 305 East Main Street in Torrington was a unique design for the 700 sq ft building in that it offers a drive-up service only. The renovation included a complete demolition of 3 structures and a total site restoration which included paving, landscaping, signage and a retaining wall due to a severe slope at the north side of the site. This project was completed on time and under budget.
