Overview
As a result of the successful completion of the Fairfield University Barnyard “C “ dorm project, PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager to construct 2 new residential student townhouses: stick-built on approximately 3.4 acres. The two townhouses consist of building #16, at 17,800 sq. feet and building #17 8,100 sq. feet. The new townhouse residences will also include provision for 43 additional parking spaces. The new townhouses will accommodate 84 beds for undergraduate students occupancy. This project received P&Z Approval in October 2021 and was completed in August 2022 before the start of the school year. This was the 6th project that PAC Group has done for the University.
