Overview
PAC Group was hired as the Construction Manager for the Hebert T. Clark housing renovations project. The renovations for the 45 housing units included new windows, interior doors and hardware and new bathroom showers. There were 5 converted ADA Accessible units which received new roll-in showers and new kitchens. Upgrades also included new electrical throughout, a generator for backup power, new water heaters and boiler heating systems and upgrades to commercial kitchen. The execution of the project required coordination with the housing authority as the residents remained in their homes while maintaining strict adherence to COVID-19 safety protocol.
