Overview
PAC Group is the developer, builder and property manager for The Shops at Sky Top a 36,000 sf re-purposing of a former bowling center originally built in 1958-59. The entire building received a complete interior and exterior renovation while the site was totally redeveloped to include a significant retaining wall on one side of the property, eliminating the previous 8 to 10 foot sloped parking area. A 3,000 sf exterior stone patio was constructed and the building was upgraded to allow for handicap parking and access from multiple points. This work has resulted in the building now occupied by Club 24 Concept Gym, Hartford Health Medical Group, Hair By Design Salon & Spa, and Go Health Urgent Care.
