UCONN Health (UCH) renovated section 3 of the 2nd floor of the laboratory (L) building located at the 263 Farmington Ave. Campus. Approximately 9,500 sq. ft. was renovated to create a new state-of-the-art laboratory space for research use. Finishes now match the recently renovated areas of L Building and included MEP upgrades. HVAC changes included tying into newly installed AHU’s and modifications to existing HVAC systems. Building services included: domestic water, sanitray, sprinkler, BMS & HVAC, dtaa/telephone, fire alarm, security and electrical.
